The House of Intuition (the “Company”), operating as Shukr Crystals (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to providing you with a smooth and transparent shipping experience for your crystal purchases from www.shukrcrystals.in.

1. Shipping (India Only)

- Enjoy free shipping on all orders equal to or more than INR 500 on all pre-paid orders across India.
 - We do not offer Cash-on-Delivery (COD) at this time.
- A Shipping Fee of INR 50 is applicable on orders below INR 500

2. Dispatch Timeline

- Orders are typically dispatched within 2-5  business days of placement.
 - Shipments may take longer during holidays, festival seasons, or due to routing or government restrictions.

3. Delivery Timeline

- After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location within India.
 - We strongly recommend inspecting your package carefully. Do not accept packages that appear tampered with or damaged.

4. Order Tracking

- A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.
 - For assistance tracking your order, email us at mail@shukrcrystals.in.

5. Minimum Order Value

- There is no minimum order value. You can order any amount without restrictions.

6. Unboxing & Damage Claims

- For any claims related to missing or damaged items, it is mandatory to record a full, end-to-end unboxing video.
 - Without this, we will be unable to process the claim.

7. International Shipping

- Currently, we do not ship internationally. All orders are restricted to within India only.

8. Delivery Delays & Escalations

- If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please email us at mail@shukrcrystals.in with your order number, and we will escalate it with our logistics partners.
