Are your crystals genuine?
Yes. We source crystals only from trusted suppliers, and every product is hand-selected, cleansed, and charged before shipping. Our aim is to deliveR authentic, energised crystals you can truly trust. There will be an authenticity certificate we will provide with the products (Certified by Shrifal Gemstones Lab).
How do I know which crystal is right for me?
We offer guidance through:

Do you customise crystal jewellery?
We do not at the moment provide customisation in jewellery
How should I take care of my crystals?
- Cleanse regularly – using water (for water-safe crystals), sage, incense, or sound.
- Recharge under the Moon (especially full moon) or sunlight (for certain crystals).
- Keep them in silk/wooden boxes or on selenite plates when not in use.

What are your shipping policies?
- Pan-India shipping available.
- Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days .
- Delivery time: 5–7 business days (depending on your location).
- Free shipping on orders above INR 500
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within India
What is your return/cancellation policy?
Returns : Due to the sacred and energetic nature of crystals, we currently do not accept returns.
Cancellations : Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase by emailing us at [mail@shukrcrystals.in](mailto:mail@shukrcrystals.in) .

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow your package until delivery.
Do you offer discounts or free gifts?

Do you accept COD orders?
No, we only accept prepaid orders.
Is it necessary to wear the bracelets all the time ?
Not really. Some crystals are not water resistant like pyrite and must be removed while bathing etc.Some crystals do not work well with smoke/ heat around- Howlite, citrine- therefore if you are cooking with high flame, please remove the same.
Which hand should I wear the crystal bracelet in ?
It's ideal to wear bracelets in your dominant hand.
When should we understand to stop usage of crystal product?
If the stone itself cracks, then one should ideally bury it or discard it. But if the thread/ elastic etc is only broken, one can definitely wear the crystal again by getting it rethreaded
I bought a crystal product and it broke/ Crack, what should I do?
Crystal products can be sensitive and delicate, we often recommend using it delicately, avoiding wearing while sleeping to reduce wear and tear.However , if the thread, elastic or wire of the bracelets breaks- and the beads are intact- then please get it rethreaded at your end and feel free to wear it again.But, if the crystal itself cracks then it may be a sign that the crystal has done its work and is no longer capable of absorbing any more energy.
