Returns, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

The House of Intuition (the “Company”), operating as Shukr Crystals(“we,” “our,” or “us”) sells carefully cleansed, energized crystals and spiritual items on www.shukrcrystals.in. Please read our Returns, Exchange & Cancellation Policy before making a purchase.
1. Order Cancellation
- To cancel an order, email us at mail@shukrcrystals.in within 24 hours of placing the order, including your order number and reason for cancellation.
- Cancellation requests submitted via WhatsApp or social media channels are not valid.
- If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and refund the order amount minus applicable payment processing charges (e.g., Razorpay fees).
- Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for refunds to reflect back to your account.
2. Returns & Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless:
• The wrong product was delivered.
• The product is damaged or missing upon delivery.
- To initiate a return or exchange, email us at mail@shukrcrystals.in within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number, images or video of the issue, and your preferred resolution.
- An unboxing video is required—without it, the claim cannot be processed.
- For approved returns, you must ship the item back at your own cost in its original packaging and condition.
3. Condition of Returned Items
- Returned items must be unused, undamaged (unless the issue is documented), and include all original parts.
- Refunds or exchanges will only be processed once we inspect and approve the returned item.
4. Refund Process
- If eligible, refunds are processed within 7 working days of approval.
- Funds are credited via the original payment method.
- Payment gateway charges (e.g., Razorpay fees) are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
- Exchange requests are only accepted if:
• The product was damaged during shipping.
• The product delivered is not what you ordered.
- Email us within 48 hours of delivery, including order details, proof, and the item you wish to receive instead.
- The replacement will be processed only after we receive and inspect the original item.
6. Damages, Missing Items, & Transit Issues
- Always record an unboxing video—it’s mandatory to claim any damage or missing product.
- If the order shows as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 24 hours so we can escalate with shipping partners.
- If 24 hours pass without notification, we may not be able to assist.
7. Digital Items & Custom Orders
- Digital products (e.g., e-books, digital sheets, wallpapers) are non-refundable.
- Custom or personalized products—most crystal pieces may have natural variations and are non-returnable unless there is a shipping error or damage.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
- First check with your bank or card issuer—processing times can vary.
- If you still haven’t received your refund, email us at mail@shukrcrystals.in.
